LYING WITHIN 'CI'T'Y OFPOWAY TRACT419;1-2R, MAP NO.. 11695:
CHERRYWOOD STREET
WHEREAS, on ~he map 'of City of poway Tract 4191-2R, rec'orded on
Deceml:~er 18, 1986, as Map No. 11695, in the.' Office of the County
Recorder., there .is offered for dedication for: street purposes a
ce:ttain' one-foot wide str,ip' at the northerly' end of Cherrywood
Street, and
WHEREAS, on said .map' the City Council of the City of Poway
