GRANTOR, its heirs, successors, and assigns, shall not erect or

the easement which would impair or prevent the use of the easement

GRANTOR shall provide gates in all fences 0r walls which may cross

Servjce,s. GRANTEE may erect, olsjntain, or use gales in all fences
