.cured within thirty days,afterwritten;notice given Owneror,theirsuccessors in interest by
'City, Ih the eyent of such terminatio[l, City may disconnecfthe, line without any further
liability or obligation to Owner o(their successors in interest.
5. Owner hereby further agrees to participate in the formation of a special
assessment district, pursuantto the provisions of either the i'Munlcipallmprovement Act
of 1911," for theconstruction'and;installation of a'permahenrsew~rsystem. Owner further
acknowledgesthat.his/herproperty wilLbe assessed .f6r'its proportionate share of the costs
ofthe work of improvement. Owner waives any rights, at thisHITlEJ, 'to protest or object to
theform(jtiol) oJ theas?essmentdistrict. '
