DECLARATION made this 1st day of July 1987 by Tom and Sue -,
Liguori ("DeclaraIits") owners of that land, in the City of Po way:,

Way, for the benefit of and at the request of said poway pursuant
to Resolu,tion No. P-86-47 approved on June 17,1986 by
the poway City council.
In consideration of permission granted by said poway for the
construction and use of a barn on said 'property, Declara.nts do
hereby declare as follows: '
That so long as said barn shall ,be in existence
as such and shalli:ema{n a portion of undivided
land upon which it now rests, that the rental of
any accessory living qu,arters appurtep,iillt thereto
shall be prohibited, unless otherwise permitted
by law.
This Declaration ,shall run with the land for the .protection
and benefit of the city of poway and. it shall be binding upon all
successors in title to said structure, and any deed of conveyance
thereto shall contain '8siinilar restriction, so 'long as the same
shall be applicable. A violation of said restriction shall give
the City of poway the right.,to exercise all legal remedies to
correct same.
