is the waiver by Grantee of the Sewer Line Charge determined by
Section 3 of Resolution No, 83-052. or any successor Resolution
thereto, of the City Council o,f the City of Poway, California. as
it expressly applies to those specific sewerage facilities
constructed per City of Poway Improvement Plan entitled "8 inch
PCC Sewer Line, Kennebunk Sewer Extension" approved on June 6,
1987,.. Granto'r and Grantee mutually stipulate that this waiver
shall only apply to those certain'parcels of real property listed
as Assessor Parcel Numbers 323-070-15 through 19, inclusive. 323-
