P- 88-71 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 88-03 AND MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 88-56 I ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 317-540-26 WHEREAS, conditional Use Permit 88-03 and Minor Development Review 88-56, submitted by Antal Borsa, applicant, requests the approval 1,440 square foo,t quick lube. service building on a freestanding pad in a recently approved commercial center at. 12469 Poway Road, in the CG (Commercial General) zone; and-- WHEREAS, onpune 7,1988, the City Council held ~duly adver- tised public hearing-to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con, relative to this application. I I NOW, THEREFORE, the Ci ty Counc i 1 does hereby res'ol ve as follows: Section 1: Environmental Findings: The City council finds that this project will not have a signi- ficant adverse impact on the environment and hereby issues a Negative Declaration. Section 2: Findings: Conditional Use Permit 88-03 1.
