THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY RECORDER ON JUNE 6, 1988
(VACATION 88- 05 )
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to sum-
marily vacate a certain public service easement in accordance with
the procedures provided in Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the
S,treets and Highways Code of the State of California" commencing at
Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, a drainage easement within Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
15255 was dedicated to the City of poway per a document recorded as
Fil~ No. 71-102031 on Map 17, 1971 in the office of the County
Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of poway as follows:
1. This summary vacation is made under the provisions of
Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
2. The City Council hereby finds that the herein described
drainage easement has been superseded by relocation and
there are no o,ther public facilities wi thin the easement.
3. The City Counci"l hereby declar~s ,thaiithe following
described draina'ge easement is hEireby vacated:
See attached legal description titled "Exhibit A."
4. The City Cler~ of the City of poway ~s hereby directed to
cause a certi:fied copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of San Diego County in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 8336 of the Streets
and Highways Code.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 12st day of July,

1971 as File No. 102031 filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, more
particularly de'scribed as follows:
All that portion of Northeast Quarter ,of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 14 South,-Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Po way, County of
San Diego', State of California, accord:ing to United States
Government Survey approved on September 11," 1879 being the
Southerly 150.00 fe"et of the Easterly 100.00 feet of the
following described parcel:
