on, under, or oyer this easement without obtaining the prior writ-
ten, consent of GRANTEE.
GRANTEE may at any time increase its use of the easement, change
the, loca'tion of pipelines or other facil'ities within the boun'daries,
of the eas~ment right of way, or modify the size of ex~sting pipe-
lines or other improvements as it may det,ermiJ}e in its sole discre-,
tion from time to time without paying any additional ,compensation
to GRlINTQR or GRANTOR's heirs, successors, or assigns, provided
GRANTEE does not expand its use of the easement beyond the easemen't

or decrease or permit ;to be increased or decreased the existing

written consent of the GRANTEE.
In the event of any dispu,te involving thi';; Agreement, whether or
no!- litigation 'is conunenced, or if any arbi tra tion proceeding,

including an action f()r,declaratory relief, is brought to enforce
or~ 'in,t'erpret the pro"isions or performanc,e of this easement, ,the
'prevailing party shall be entitled to an award qf all attorney's
