A RESOLU.TION OF THE CITY, COUNCIL
OF THE C'ITV OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE SEWER IMPROVEMENT
OISTRICT OF THE CITY OF POWAY
CHARLEBOIS ANNEXA'nON
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and'
,WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement Oistrict to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvernent District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ,IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The territory to be annexed is as descritied in Exhibit.A.
