lots 32 and 33 in block 9, together with the east half of the alley in said
block 9 adjoining lots 1, 2, and 3 in said block 9 on the east, as vacated and
closed to p..1blic use, hereinafter described and San Diego Trust and Savings
Bank, as trustee of Trust "A" (rrarital trust) under the Will of John F. Porter,
deceased, and by the Order for distribution of estate under Will, herein above
