The County of San Diego hereby further grants the privilege and
right to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment
slopes beyond the 1 imits of the above described property, where
required, for the construction and maintenance of a City Highway.
The extens i on of sai d drai nage structures and embankment slopes
shall not cause the ownership of that certain parcel of land
described in deed recorded October 31, 1980 at File/page No.
80-365974, Official Records to revert to the County of San Diego.

It is the specific purpose of this Quitclaim Deed to, and the County of San
Diego does hereby, release that certain reversionary clause in the Quitclaim
Deed recorded In the Office of the Recorder of San Diego Cou~ty, S~ptember
23, 1981, as Document No. 81-302949. The City of Poway and its ass Ignors,
transferees and successors In trust are hereby released from the obligation
to use the above described real property pursuant to Section 25550.5 of the
Government Code. Said real property shall not revert to the County of San
Diego In the event of use other than as authorized by Government Code
Section 25550.5.
