Ord 133ORDINANCE NO. 133 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY (ZC 84-01A) WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Poway has approved a General Plan Amendment (GPA 84-01A) amending the land use designation of two properties owned by Billie Helbert and Robert McNeil from Residential Apartment to Commercial Office; and WHEREAS, The zoning classification of those properties should also be changed to maintain consistency with the General Plan as required by Section 65860 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted in accordance with Section 65853, et seq., of the California Government Code to consider this zone reclassification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: The zoning classification of the real properties described as Assessor Parcel Numbers 317-101-25 and 26, located at the southwest corner of Community Road and Hilleary Place and consisting of approximately .75 acres, is hereby changed from Residential Apartment (RA) to Commercial Office (CO). Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway held the 26th day of June, 1984, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 10th day of July, 1984, by the following roll call vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: EMERY, KRUSE, ORAVEC, SHEPARDSON, TARZY NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE Marjo~i~ K.
