SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWAY
SALBACH ANNEXATION
wHE~E~S, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
.s:e\<ier service; and
'WHEREAS, the City Council of the'City of Poway has'reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL\~D THAT
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:
a. The payment of the sum of $875.00 to the City of Poway for
the right and use of all existing, property, real and personal
of the Sewer Improvement District.
b. The pay~ent of all costs of said annexation, including but not
lirniteq to advertising, engineering and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusicn of .the territory in the Sewer Improvement District
is in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
4. The ann~xatioh has been reviewed p~rsuant to the provisions of
the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended, and the
annexation isa'project that will not: have a significant effect
on the environment. The "Notice of Exemption" supporting the
~ - ~ findings is attached hereto as--Exhibit B.
5. No City tax split shall occur due to this ~nnexation. The prcpe~~y
is wi thin the 'cor.parat~ 'O:q.6.uridary. .of ,the "City of Paway an-d the

6. The ann~xatlon of the. territo~ desc,ibed in Exhibit A shall
