West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the United States Government Survey approved February 24, 1876,
Described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said Northeast
Quarter, distant :thereon South 890 48' 38" West 745.89 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section 6; thence South 50 50' 30" West 30.56 feet to the begin-
ning of a 300.00 foot radius curve concave Southerly the radius line of said
curve_bearing North 50 50' 30" East to said curve beginning; thence Westerly
and Southwesterly along said curve 224.86 feet through an angle 420 56' 40";
thence tangent to said curve South 520 53' 30" West 59.61 feet; thence South
470 38' 30 West 145.00 feet; thence South 510 47' 40" West 261.48 feet; thence
South 480 47 40" West 118.06 feet to the beginning of a tangent 450.00 foot
radius curve concave Southeasterly; thence Southwesterly along said curve
