WHEREAS', on the map of City of Po",ay 'J:'ras:t 3495, r",corded on
January 27, 1981, as 'Map No.. 9981, in' the off'ice of the County
Redorder " there is offered, for dedica tiorifor s,treet purposes
certain one-foot wide st:i:ips at the westerly ends of Treecrest NO FEE
Str,eet and Triumph Drive, and
WHEREAS, on said map the city Council of the City of poway
rejected the offers of dedication of said one-foot wide strips
as hereinafter more particularly described,aI1d ..
WHEREAS, the State of, California Government Code (Subdivision
Map Act) Section 66477.2(a) provides that a rejected offer of
dedication shall remain open and may be accepted by resolution
at any later date, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and impending recordation
of the Final Map of City of poway Tract 4113, Uni't I, it is in
the best public interest of the City of poway that said one-foot
wide strips be now accepted for public use for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of poway does
resolve, determine, and order as follows:
