WHEREAS, on the map of City of Poway Tract 3495, recorded
on January 27, 1981" as Map :No. 9981, in the office of the
County Recorder,there is offered for dedic;:ation for street
purposes certain one,~foot wide strips 'at, ,the northerly ends
of Fieldview Way, Fairtree Terrace, a:nd o.akline Road, and
WHEREAS, on the, map of County of San 'Qiego 3227-6,
recorded on December 19, 1973, as Map No. 78.18 in the office
of ~he County Recorger,there is offered for dedication for
street purposes certain one-foot wide strips at the 'westerly
end of PowayHills' Drive, and
WHEREAS, on sai'd Map No. 9981 the City Council of the
City of t'oway, and on said !-lap No. 7818 the County of San Diego
rejected the offers of dedication of said one-foot wide strips
as hereinafter more particularly described, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Government Code (Sub-
.- division Map' AC,t) Sec,tion 66477.2(a) provides that a rejected

163 designated "portion of Lots 76, 78, 150, 151,
159, and 163 reserved for future street" on the
map of City of poway Tract 3A95, recorded on
January 27, 1981, as Map No. 9981, in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California; and that portion of Lots 364 and 365
designated "portion of Lots 364 and 365 reserved
for future street" on the map of County of San
. Diego Tract 3227-6, recorded on December 19, 1973
as Map No. 7818 in the office of the County Recorder
at San Diego County, California.
2. The City Clerk' is hereby authorized and directed to
certify to the passage of this resolution and to
cause its recordation in the office at the recorder
of San Diego County.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 1st
