PARHAM ANNEXATION
WHEREAS. the property described in ExhibitA requires sewer service; and
WH~REAS', property must be within the 'Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of, the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to ,Sewer Irnproyewent District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOL)TE;D THAT
