EQUESTRIAN/PEDESTRIAN TRAIL
Tierra Ranch South Limited Partnership does hereby quitclaim and release unto
the CITY OF POWAY its successors, or assigns, a 15 foot wide easement for
equestrian/pedestrian trail use by the public and a 100 foot by 100 foot
staging area for use by the publ ic, upon, along and across that real property
described herein below.
The City of Poway will improve, maintain, or cause to be maintained the
equestrian/pedestrian trail system.
The land burdened by this easement is situated in the CITY OF POWAY, County
of San Diego, State of California, and is more particularly described as
follows:
(See Exhibit 'A' attached hereto)
The legal description of said trail and staging area is as follows:
(See Exhibit 'B' attached hereto including Exhibit plat 'C')
