VACATION OF A PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT OVER LOT 3 OF
CITY OF1POWAY TRACT MAP 84-04R, MAP NO. 11603 OF
THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY
WHEREAS, a pedelrian easement located within Lot 3 of City of Poway Tract Map 84-04R
was ded.icated to M'e City of Poway and duly accepted by the Cfty of poway upon recordation
of said Tract ~~~on September 4" 1.986 as Map No. 11603, Document No. 86-388116 of the
Official Record;r:f San Diego, County; and,
WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of Poway, California, desires to summarily
vacate a portfon of this pedestrian easement pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4, Part
3, Divi s1.on 9, Sectjon 8330 et sequftor of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of
Ca 1 ifornia'.'~'"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counci 1 of the City of poway as follows:

9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cal ifornia.
2. The City Council hereby f.inds that the pedestrian easement described below was

is hereby vacated:
That portion of Lot 3 of City of poway Tract 84-04R, accord,ing to the Map thereof
number 11603, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
State of California, on Sepl:ember 4, 1986, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of said Lot 3, said corner being com-
mon to Lot 2 of said Map number 11603 and on the right-of~way of Country Creek
Road, said corner being radial, to the center of a 50.00 foot radius cul-de-sac,
the center of which bears South 28 14'44" East, thence along the line cOlTlTlon to
said Lot 3 and said Lot ~ North 23 02'33" West, 151.24 feet, thence leaving said
common line South 88 30'10" East, 10.99 feet, thence South 2302'33" East, 146.77
feet to the right-of-way of Country Creek
