GRM'TOR agrees that no other.easefTlent or easements shall be granted on, under, or over this easement without obt.aining
the prior written consent of CRAi.'\TEE.

the boundaries of the easement right of way, or modify tile size of existing pipelines or other Improvements 8S it may deter-
