AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning classification of the real property
described below is hereby changed as follows:
OLD ZONE: Use Regulations S-90-20 Neighborhood Designator K
Density .05 Lot Size 20 AC Building Type C
Maximum Floor Area - Floor Area Ratio - Height G
Lot Coverage - Setbacks A Open Space -
Special Area Regulations -
NEW ZONE:
Density .125 Lot Size 8 AC Building Type C
Maximum Floor Area - Floor Area Ratio -

Description of affected real property:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34 Township 13 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, County of San Diego, State
of California, lying within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point on the North and South centerline of said Section
34, distant thereon South 1° 12' 56" West 770.00 feet from the center of
said Section 34;
thence along the following courses and distances according to Record
of Survey Map No. 8299 filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County of San Diego, July 27, 1978:
South 88° 14' 45" West 1739.68 feet;
South 31° 10' 31" East 175.00 feet;
South 32" 23' 19" West 231.94 feet;
South 17" 14' 50" West 211.80 feet;
South 31" 29' 00" East 511.40 feet to the Northwesterly Right-of-
Way line of State Route 67, X1 - SD - 198H;
thence Northeasterly along said Right-of-Way line to its intersection
with said North and South centerline;
