Ord 134 RDINANCE NO. 134 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY (ZC 84-01B) WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Poway has approved a General Plan Amendment (GPA 84-01B) amending the land use designation of two properties owned by Joseph K. Anderson and Edith M. Anderson from Residential Single Family 2 to Residential Apartment; and WHEREAS, The zoning classification of those properties should also be changed to maintain consistency with the General Plan as required by Section 65860 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted in accordance with Section 65853, et seq., of the California Government Code to consider this zone reclassification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: The zoning classification of the real properties described as Assessor Parcel Numbers 317-232-19 and 20, located on the east side of Pomerado Road across from the Pomerado Oaks Mobile Home Park at 12347 Pomerado Road and consisting of approximately 1.23 acres, is hereby changed from Residential Single Family 2 (RS-2) to Residential Apartment (RA). Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway held the 26th day of June, 1984, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 10th day of July, 1984, by the following roll call vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: EMERY, KRUSE, ORAVEC, SHEPARDSON, TARZY NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE Marjor~i'K.
