the annexation6flheprClperty to Sewer Improvement Dishi ct .01' the CUy of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE n'RESOLVED THAT:
1. The territory to be 'annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The condi t i'ons 0.1' 'anne'j(a ti on are:
a. The payment of the ,sum 0.1'$875.00 to theCi ty of Poway for the
right ,and'use of all exist.i'ng pr:operty, real and personal of the
Sewer Impr:ovement Di stri ct.
