GRANTOR. its heirs. successors, and assigns, shall nol erect o~ construct or pennitto be erected or' constructed. any
building, structure or improvement on, over or under any portion of the easement, nOT'shall GRANTOR. its h~ir9. successors,
or assigns, plant any tree or trees or plant any other vegetation or flora, nor dig o'r drill any hole or wells on sny portion of
the essement.
GRANTEE may, in its sole discretion, erect, maintain. or use gales in all fences which now CroSB orisler cross any
portion of th~'easement. GRANTEEshaU also be entitled to t.rim. cut. or clear away any trees. brush. or other vegetation or
nora from lime to ti'me as GRANTEE de1ennines in i1s 901e discretion without any ac:1ditional compensation.
GRANTEE shall be entitled to partition, assign, joint venture, or share all.orany portion of this easement with any other
public agency or utility including, but not limited.to. any agency supplYmg water or sewer services or facilities to the public
