wi th the right to use the same in such manner and at such

in the construction, reconstruction, improvement or maintenance
of said Pomerado Road.
Grantors, by this instrument, also grant to C. F. Poway, Ltd" a
California limited 'partnership ("C.F. poway"'), ,its agents,
contractors, and/or subcontractors the right to enter upon the
,Property and any remaining Property owned by Grantor located
contiguous or adjacent thereto, to cons'truct, maintain, and
repair pomerado Rba'd, ~nd to perform constr..uction, removal,

construction of Pomerado Road, including, without limitation, the
related activities described hereinabove. on~ehalf Of Grantee

assigns in no ,event shall be responsible for the construction,
