P- 90-08 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING, MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 89-04 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 275-700-51 WHEREAS, Minor .Conditional Use Permit 89-04, submitted by Gary and Valerie Sabin, applicants, request approval to construct a.60' x 120' lighted tennis court at 16289 Oak Creek Trail in the the RR-C zone; and WHEREAS, on January 30, 1990, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Environmental Findings: The City Council finds that 'this project is categorically exempt (Class 3) from the California 'Environmental Quality Act {CEQA). That the proposed development will not have an adverse aesthetic, health, safety, or architecturally related impact upon adjoining pro- perties, in that the grading design and landscape insta.llation, construction~ethod, and court materials, will be compatible with and' screened from surrounding properties. 3.
