ACCEPTING DEDICATION AND VACATION OF ABUTTER'S RIGHTS OF ACCESS
By the attached Resolution No. 90- 001, the City of Poway, a municipal
corporation, accepting the dedication of certain one-foot wide strips of land
lying within County of San Diego Tract 3503-2 Map No. 9256 and ordering the
vacation of the abutter's rights of access relinquished and waived in and to
Morningside Drive per Map No. 9256.
