EQUESTRIAN/PEDESTRIAN TRAI~
Wayne Landis and Bill Williams, married men as their separate
property, each as to an undivided one-half interest (hereinafter
"GRANTOR") hereby grant to CITY OF POI-lAY (hereinafter "GRANTEE")
its successors, or assigns" a 15 foot wide easement for equestrian/
pedestrian trail use by the public and a 100 foot by 100 foot
staging area for use by the public, upon, along'and across that
real property described herein below.
The City of poway will improve, maintain, or cause to be maintained
the equestrian/pedestrian trail system. All improvements and
maintenance shall be at no expense to the Grantor.
This easement shall be relocated upon the further written agreement (
of Grantor and Grantee in the event that relocation can be
accomplished to the mutual satisfaction of Grantor and Grantee.
The land burdened by this easement is situated in the CITY OF POWAY,
County of San Diego, State of California, and is more par"ticularly
described as follows:

The legal description of said trail and staging area is as follows:

The Easterly line of said 15.00 foot strip being contiguous to
