AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY (ZC 84-01C)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has approved a
General Plan Amendment (84-01C) amending the land use designation of
one parcel owned by Ralph D. Nelson from Commercial Office to
Residential Apartment; and
WHEREAS, the zoning classification of those properties should also
be changed to maintain consistency with the General Plan as required by
Section 65860 of the California Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted in
accordance with Section 65853, et seq., of the California Government
Code to consider this zone reclassification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
The Zoning Classification of the real properties described as
Assessor Parcel Numbers 317-490-46 and 50, located at the terminus
of Silver Lake Lane consisting of approximately 2.86 acres, is
hereby changed from Commercial Office (CO) to Residential Apartment
(RA) .
Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Poway held the 26th day of June, 1984, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
10th day of July, 1984 by the following roll call vote:
