ADDITIONAL TERMS AND OJNDITIONS
"The. license herein granted shall be subject to the following additional terms
and conditions:
l. The City of poway shall be solely responsible for the coEstruction and main~
tenance of the equestriari/pedestrian trail.
2. The City of poway shall indannify and hold hannless the Grantor fran any and
all liability arising from the use of said property as an
equestrian/pedestrian trail during the tenn of this license.
3. This easement can be_ revoked for cause from the date o~ ~cceptance.by the City
of poway 'until Sept~mber 1~ .1986. This easement becomes non-revokable after
september 1, 1986.
