/\ . OF THE CITY OF POWAY, ~ALIFORNIA
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE
,SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWAY
MILLER ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
s~wer .service'; and
WHEREAS,- the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of t~e City of
'Poway.

NOW, ,THEREFORE, BE, IT RESOLVED THAT
1. The territory to be ~nnexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:
a. The payment of the sum of $875,,00 to the City of poway for
the right and' use of all existing property, real and personal
of ,the Sewer Irnprovement District.
b. The payment.. of. all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertis~pg, engineering and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the ;terri tory in the Sewer Improvement District
is in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
4. The annexation has been revieweq pursuant to the provisions of
the California E~vironmental Quality Act, as amended, and the
annexation is a project that will not have a significant effect
on the environment. The "Notice of Exemption" supporting the
findings is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
5. No City tax split shall occur due to ,this annexation. The property
is wi thin ,!:he corporate. boundary of 'the', City of poviay and the
annexation is'to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexa~ion of the territory described in Exhibit A shall
become effective immediately upon ~assage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings require~ by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California at a
regular meeting thereof this 16th day of April, 1985.
