RELEASE OF IMPROVE~ffiNT REQUIREMENTS
l. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Division I of
Title 8, of the, San Diego County Code, GEORGE T., FREELEN, JR., CHERYL A. FREELEN,
GEORGE ROo STRAUSE, and LINDA GAIL STRAUSE did enter into a Covenant of Improvement
Reij'u'irements recorded April 13, 1981, as Document 'No . 81-112240 and notice on
TPM 16819 Recorded Parcel Map No. 11254 as required by' Section 66411.11 of the
Government Code.
~. Said Covenant consists of the foilowing lmprovements:
D-l Road-, Improvements (private)---- Improvelfie:ht-of:'-~ne priv'ate e,isement
roads from Parcels 1 and 2 to Markar Road.
G Fire Protection - Installation of a .fire hydrant 'on, the south
side of the private road easement, between Parcels 2 and 3.
3. The work has been completed.
4. Said improvements were completed ~nd accepted based on an inspection by the City
of poway and Statement,Locaticin of the required improvements furnished by
Jon Blake, Licensed Surveyor LS 4368, dated August 29, 1984.
