ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CDNDITIONS
The license herein granted shall be subject to the following additional terms
and conditions:
l. The City of paway shall be solely resPonsible for the construction and rrain-
tenance of the equestrian/pedestrian trail.
2. The City of paway shall indemnify and hold harmless the Grantor fron any and
all liability arising from the use of said property as an
equestrian/pedestrian trail during the term of this license.
