hereinafter designated Grantor(s), represent thatthey are the owner (s ) of the
hereinafter described real property, and for a valuable consider,ation hereby
make(s) an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of the hereinafter described real
property to the City of poway for the following public purpose:
Public road and utility (Cynthia Lane)
The real property referred to above is situated in the City of Poway, County
of San Diego, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows:

The Grantor hereby further pffers to the City of poway the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the
limits of the herein described right-of~way where required for the construction
and maintenance of said highway. RESERVING unto grantor of the above described
parcel of land, his successors or assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes
and/or drainage structures or portions thereof, when in the written opinion of
, the Engineer of Grantee, the necessity therefore is removed by substituting
other protection, support and/or drainage facility, provided such substitution
is first approved in writing by said Engineer.
The Grantor hereby further offers to Grantee all trees, growths (growing or
that may hereafter grow), and road building materials within said right-of-way,
including the right to take water, together with the right to use the same in
such manner and at such location as said Grantee may deem proper, needful or
necessary, in the construction, reconstruction, improvement or maintenance of
said highway.
The Grantor, for himself I ,his successors and assigns I hereby waives any claim
for any and all damages to Gra~tor's remaining property contiguous to the
right-of-way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction, land-
.scaping or maintenance of said highway.

This Offer'of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 705U of the Government
,Code of the State of California and may be accepted at any time by the City
Council of the City of poway within which such real property is located at
the time of acceptance.
This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer
abandoned in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of streets or
highways by Part 3 (commencing with Section 8300) of Division 9 of Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California. Such termination and abandonment may
be made by the City Council of the City of poway within which such real property
is located.
This Offer of Dedication shall be irrevocable and shall be binding on the
Grantor (5) h~irs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR
IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION
FOR DR 84-05
A portion of that certain parcel of land described in deed to
Valley View Terrace, a California Limited Partnership, recorded
on September 7, 1984 as Document No. 84-340788 in the Office of
the Recorder of San Diego County, all being a portion of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13,
Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey approved September
11, 1879 and more particularly described as follows:
All that land bounded on the North by the Northerly boundary of
said Valley View Terrace's land, on the East by the Easterly
boundary of said Valley View Terrace's land, on the West by the
Westerly boundary of said Valley View Terrace's land and on the
South by the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter; thence along the Westerly line thereof
North 2051'20" .East 337.77 feet; thence South 88051'30" East
647.70 feet to the Northwest corner of said Valley View Terrace's
land; thence South 01008'30" West along the Westerly boundary
thereof, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of this line
description; thence leaving said, Westerly boundary South
88051'30" East along a line which is parallel with and 30.00
feet South of the Northerly boundary of said Valley View
Terrace's land 254.04 feet to the beginning of a tangent 60.00
foot radius curve concave Southerly; thence along said curve
