WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested, to vacate a portion of property
located in the west half of' the southeast quarter, Section 25, T13S, R2W, 813M
which is no longer required by the City of paway for pUblic use purposes; and
WHEREAS, said vacation' is consistent with the general plan of the City of
l'<:1wa:{i and
WHEREAS, said property is not useful as a nOnm::Jtorized transportation
facility.
Na'<, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COOOCIL OF THE CITY OF PCWAY AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council finds that the portion of property hereinafter
described, located in the west half of the southeast quarter, Section
25, T13S, R2W, SSM, and previously dedicated fot water lines and appur-
tenances easement purposes, is found to be unnecessary for present or
e.,fl,11:Ufe' publ~c,,;us~:ipurposes. There are no in-place public utility faci-
