WHEREAS, there has beeri' ~~uested the vacation of the hereinafter described
pipeline easement, and
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1984, the City Council of the City of poway declared
its intention to vacate the said street easement by its passage of City Council
Resolution No. 84-108, and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1984, a duly advertised and posted public hearing
was held on the vacation request,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows :
l. City Council hereby finds that:

~- There-Were no written-or-oral obj~ctions'or-protests to the said

vacation.
b. The pipeline easement to be vacated has no other present or
prospective public bikeway, equestr ian, or pedestrian trail
facility.
c. The pipeline easement vacation will not have a significant effect
upon the environment.
2. Pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the State Streets and
Highways Code, the waterline easement described in Exhibit A, which is
attache@ to and rrade a part hereof, is hereby vacated and abandoned.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of poway is hereby directed to cause a
certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
- County Recorder."
PASSED, AOOPl'ED AND APPROVED, by the city Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular rreeting thereof this 20th day of November, 1984,.
