ANNEXING TERRITORY' TO THE
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY ,OF POWAY
FI'SCHER ,ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS" property must be within the Sewer Improvement District, _to, receive
sewer ~ervice'i and
WHEREAS, ,the City Council of the City of Poway has ..reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the 'City of
Poway.
. _ ~ NOW ,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT ~ _ "
1. The terri'tory to.. be annexed is as described in Exhibit A,
2. The conditions of anne~ation are:
a. The, payment of the sum of $955,00 to the City of Poway for
the right "and use of 'a.lT existing property, real and personal
of the Se~er Improye~ent District.
b. 'The payment' of' al'l co~ts .of said annexation, including but not
lirni ted to advertis'ing, engineering and a ttorneY"s fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement District
is in the best interest of the landowners and the City of Poway.
~. The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the -provisions' of
the Califor_nia Environmental Quality Act ,as amended, and 'the
annexatton is a project that will ~ot have a significant effect
on the environment. 'The 'IINotice of Exemption" supporting the
findings is attached.hereto as Exhibit B.
