LARRy G. SHOW LEY and MARCIA A. SHOWLEY, Trustees of the
SHOWLEY REVOCABLE DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1986,
hereinafter designated Grantors, represent that they are the owners or
the real property in the city of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, described as Parcell and Parce:!. 2 of Parcel Map No. 16511
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, orl June 20 , 1991. Grilntors agree to grant
access for the purpose or reciprocal vehicular parking ana ingress and
egross on and over Parcels 1 and 2 as more particularly described in
