, BILL AND MARGARET PERDUE (hereinafter "Grantor") hereby grants to
POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (hereinafter "Grantee"), its successors, or assigns,
an easement for construction of asphalt parking strip and rel.ated work, over and
across that certain r'ea1 pr'opertyin the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, shown on the attached plat.
The "Grantor" hereby further grants to "Grantee" all trees, growth (growing or
that may hereafter grow), and road building materials within said right-of-entry,
together with the right to use the same in such manner and at such locations as
said "Grantee" may ,deem proper, ne,edfu1 or necessary, in the construction,
reconstruction, improvement or maintenance of said roadway.
The "Grantor," for him/her,sel f, h,i s/her successors, and assigns, hereby wa i ves
any claim for any and all damages to "Grantor's" remaining property contiguous
to the right-of-entry hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping or maintenance, of said roadway.
Thi~ ri ght-of-entry sha 11 ,expi re and become null and voId upon fi na 1 acceptance
of the Street and Storm Drain Improvements on COIrrnunity Road from 500' South of
Aubrey Street to Twin Peaks Road.

"Grantor" upon the above acceptan'ce. _
