POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (here,inafter "Grantee"), its successors, or assigns,
an easement for construc't'ion,of asphalt parking strip and related work, over and
across,that certain real property in the: City Of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of Cal ifornia, shown on th_e attached plat.
The, "Grantor" hereby further'grants to "Grantee" all trees, growth (growing or
that may hereafter grow) , and road buildin9materials within sai!! right-of-entry,
together 'with the right to use the same in such manner and at such locations as
said "Grantee" may deem proper , needful or necessary, in the constructi on,
reconstruction, improvement or maintenance of said roadway.
The "Grantor," for hjm/herself, his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives
any claim for any and all damages to "Grantor's" remaining property contiguous
to the, right-of-entry hereby conveyed by reason of the Jocation, construction,
I andscapi ng or maintenance of 'sa i d roadway.
This right-of-entry shali exp,ire and become nun and void upon final acceptance
of the street and Storm Drain Improvements on Conmun.ity Road from 500 I South of
Aubrey' Street to Twin Peaks Road.
All responsibility for maintenance of said parkIng strip shall revert to the -
"Grantor" upon the above acceptance.
