WHEREAs, the City CouncYT of the City of poway ae~fires to sUllTllarily vacate
a certain publ i c service eas,ement in accor,dancewith the procedures provided in
Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the~treets and Highways Code of the State of
California, cOllTllencing at Section .8330'; and
WHEREAS, the water easemen,t within the attached legal description titled
"Exhibit A" was dedicated to the City of poway per document recorded December
11, 1990 as File No. 90-0659121 in the Office of the County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of poway as
follows':
1. Thi s sUllTllary vacation is made under the provisJons of Chapter 4, Part
3, Division 9 of th~ Streets and Highways Code of the State of
Cal ifornia.

2. The City Council ber~by finds that the herein described public service
easement has bee-n superseded by relocation and there are no publ ic
facilities located within the easement.
3. The City Council hereby declares that the following described water
easemeht is hereby vacated:
See attached leg'al description titled "Exhibit A."
4. The City-Clerk of .the City of poway is hereby directed to cause a cer-
tified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County in accordance with the provisions of
Section 8336 of the Streets and Highways Code.
