DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
Pursuant to a written request made by the beneficiary, the
undersigned; as the present trustee in the Deed of Trust executed by Steve~
R. Landa and. Joan C. Landa, husband and Wife as Joint tenants/to CI7IZENS
MANAGEMENT CORPORA~ION, as trustee, dated June 6, 199"0, and recorded in the
office of the Recorder of San Diego County, State of CALIFORNIA, as
Instrument No. 90-3333'24 in Book _ of Official Records at Page 1388, and
does hereby grant and reconvey unto th~ person or persons legally entitled
thereto, without warranty, part of the estate and interest derived to the
Trustee, under said Deed of Trust, in that portion of the lands therein
described situated in the County of San Diego, County State of California,
described as follows:

A portion of lot 79 of County of San Diego tract ~842-3 in the County of San
Diego, State of California according to map no. 9771, filed in the office of
the county recorder of said San ,Diego County, August 26, 1980 as file no. 80-
273701, more particula~ly described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said ~pt 79, being also a point
on the northwesterly line of that 60.00 along said Northwesterly line North
57'00'00~ East, 29.83 Feet to a point of cusp on a 20.00 foot radius curve
concave Nor:t.heasterly , a radial bearing tp' said Northwesterly line and
Northwesterly _along the arc of said curve through' a central angle of
77'53'18" A distance of 27.19 feet to the Westerly line of said lot 79;
Thence along said Westerly line, South 0'01'51" West, 18.85 Feet to the point
of commencement.
