Gerald Messiheoand Valerie Messineo, husband and wife, as,
joint tenants ("OWNER" hereinafter) .is the owner of real property

guest house shalln~vet. be rented, leased or otherwise used as a

should hereafter be conveyed to any other person, firm, or
