The property of the following legal description, or a
building or structure situated thereon, has been determined
to be unsafe or substandard by the City Council of the City
of poway, pursuant to Chapter 8.7,2 of the poway Municipal
Code:
The City Council has determined that the storing of
inoperable earth movers a,re a Public Nuisance located at
14952 Garden Road, Poway, CA 92964 Parcel Number 323-071-09.
The City of l'oway now intends to cause the following
described work to be, performed upon said property to abate
the substandard of unsafe conditions:
The removal of all four (4) earth movers and related
parts, and' debris and, wil':!, charge the expense of said work to
the following owner 6fsaid property:
RICHARD L. KUEBLER AND
ALLAN J. KUE~LER
260 LANDIS AVENUE
CHULA VISTA, .CA 92010
Failure of said owner to pay such expense will result in
a lien upon said property.
This Notice is recorded pursuant ,to Section 17985 of the
Health and s,a{ety Code of 'the State of California, and
Section 8,72,030 ,of the powa'y Municipal Code.
