extend drainage structures and excavation and' emb-ankment slopes beyond the limits of

Engineer.

suc1:t locations as 'said qrantee may deemprqp-e-r, needful, or necessary, in the construc-
tion', reconstruction, impr-ovement or ma1ntenance of said roadway".
The Grantor, for him/herself, h,is/he'r ,successors and assigns" hereby waives any claim
for any and all damages to Gra~torl's remaining property ~ontiguous to the right-of-way
