COVENANT REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
woodcrest Development of San Diego, Inc" a California
Corporation ("OWNER" hereinafter) is the owner of real p'roperty
descr ibed in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof and which is commonly known as Assessor's ,Parcel Number 316-
120-32, 317-153-16, 317-521,-01, 05 located at 12080 Woodcrest,
Poway, California, desires to utilize an existing three car garage
as a sales o.ffice for the surrounding subdiv'ision.
That in consideration of the permission gra~ted by the City of
poway by the approval of Temporary Use Permit: 90-82 to allow
conversion of the existing garage to a sales office does hereby
covenant and agree to and, with said The City of Poway, a municipal
corporation, that when 90 percent of the houses within the
Woodcrest-Poway subdivision have been sold, the sales office and
all associated improvements shall be remo;ved from the subj ect
,garage and future use of this structure will be limited to storage
of .v:ehicles.

That this agreement shall run with the land for the protection
and benefit of all parties concerned, and that if the property
should hereafter be conveyed to any other person, firm, or
corporation that the instrument by means of which title or any
int"erest in or to said real property, or any parcel thereof is

parcel so cOlweyed, or in the event of the conveyan'ce of the whole' " : :.
