RElEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, Urban
Economics Associates., Inc. did enter into a Covenant of Improvement
Requirements recorded December 9, 1985 as Document No. 85-462562 as
.required by Section 66411.1 of the Government Code.
2. Said covenant consists of the following improvements:
A-I. Monte Vista Court:
The portion of the private easement road across Lot 1 and Lot 5 shall
be constructed in accordance with City of Poway, non-dedicated local
rural street standards within the easement shown or noted.
A-2. Water and Sewer Facilities:
The water and sewer facilities sha.ll be constructed within Monte
Vista Court from the northerly line of Lot 6 to the subdivision
boundary.
3. The above improvement requirements are included in another "Covenant of
Improvement Requi remehts" recorded January 8, 1991 as Document No.
91-0009602. Therefore, said covenant recorded December 9, 1985 as Document
No. 85-462562 is hereby approved for release.
