GRANT OF EASEMENT
EQUESTRIAN/PEDESTRIAN TRAIL
DELBERT L. HUGHES, a married man as his sole and separate
property
(hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY (hereinafter "GRANTEE") its
successors, or assigns, the fqllowing described 10.00 foot wide easement for
equestrian/pedestrian trail purposes.
The land encompassing this easement is situated in the CITY'OF POWi\Y, County of
