WHEREAS! Woodset lane, a public street, was dedicated to the City of PcMay
by the approval arid recordation of County of San Diego Tract- .4107, Map No. 10258,
recorded November 6, 1981; and
WHEREAS, abutters I rights of access appurtenapt to lots: 1 and 10 in and to
TwinPea:ks Road (fonrerly Camino del Norte) was similarly dedicated to the City
of PONay per said Map No. 10258; and
WHEREAS, a pedestrian and e:;[UeStrian trail ecl.!i!errerltwas also similarly
dedicated to the City of PcMay, per said M:lp No. 10258; and
