RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TilE CITY OFPOWAY, CALIFORNIA
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THR SEWER ,IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF POWAY
SCHEUER ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the praperty described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHERE~S, praperty must be within the Sewer Impravement District to. receive
?ewer serv~ce; and
WHEREAS, the City Cauncii aJ the City af Paway has reviewed and cansidere,ci
the annexatian af the praper,ty to. Sewer Improvement District af the City af. Po:way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
1. The territary to. be annexed is as describ'ed in Exhibit A.
2. The canditians af anriexatian are:
